Return Policy

No returns without authorization. You must be the original purchaser and have a copy of invoice with the invoice numbers.

No refunds after 30 days or if the item has been installed or abused. All items returned must have all components and be in the original packaging. No refunds on special order or electrical parts. Items paid for with a credit card can only be credited to the same credit card. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight must be prepaid on all returns.

Shipping

We use UPS Ground delivery for most orders or packages. This requires a physical street address, not a PO Box. Orders or shipped within 3-5 business days.

Most packages are sent using a tracking or delivery confirmation method. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking information.
